Declaration And Undertaking

➜ I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and other requirements specified in the loan application form and on the Lender’s official website (www.speedoloan.com), including but not limited to the Interest Rate Policy, Schedule of Charges, and List of Documents to be submitted.

➜ I acknowledge that sanction and disbursement of the Facility are subject to execution of requisite documents, completion of closing formalities, and approval of the Lender, who shall have absolute discretion to accept or reject my application without assigning any reason. All documents submitted shall remain with the Lender and will not be returned.

➜ I hereby represent and warrant that all details, documents, and declarations provided by me, whether in this application or otherwise, are true, correct, complete, and up-to-date. I confirm that I have not concealed or suppressed any material information.

➜ I affirm that no insolvency, bankruptcy, or similar proceedings have ever been initiated against me, nor have I been adjudicated insolvent, declared bankrupt, identified as a willful defaulter, or classified as a non-cooperative borrower by any bank, financial institution, or authority.

➜ I expressly authorize the Lender, its group entities, affiliates, and service providers to verify, process, and share any information and documents submitted by me, including loan history, repayment records, and other financial data, with third parties for credit appraisal, monitoring, compliance, and related activities.

➜ I provide my consent to the Lender and its group entities to contact me through calls, SMS, emails, or other communication channels for promotional offers and information regarding their products or services. I confirm that my rights under NCPR/NDNC shall not restrict such communication.

➜ I voluntarily consent to provide my Aadhaar number and related authentication data (including Biometric/OTP) for identity verification through the Aadhaar authentication system, solely for the purpose of processing and availing the Facility.

➜ I acknowledge that this declaration constitutes an electronic record executed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature.

➜ I confirm that the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and that this declaration shall form an integral and binding part of my loan application.

➜ I agree and acknowledge that this declaration is legally binding upon me and enforceable under applicable Indian laws.
